5 star shop all the way! They were great to work with, kept us updated and my car looks like new.
This is at least my second time using Capitol for body work. The shop is responsive, professional, and took care in repairing my car. They also endeavored to make the process as easy as possible by interfacing with insurance and rental car as appropriate, and by providing regular status updates on my repair. I very much appreciated their customer focus.
I had a fantastic experience with this auto body shop. Trevor was my representative, and he went above and beyond to keep me informed, answer my questions, and ensure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The quality of work was outstanding, and the rest of the team was just as professional, friendly, and efficient. My car looks better than ever, and the entire process was stress-free thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend—definitely a 5/5 star experience.
I have used Capitol Body before. I have had the best experience working with this company. Great customer service, excellent communications letting me know where things stood during the repair process. Can't say enough about what a really tremendous experience I have had both times with this company. Highly recommend them!
I was involved in a very minor traffic accident that resulted in only slight damage to my rear bumper, as shown in the attached photo. The damage was barely noticeable. I dropped off my car at this shop and specifically requested that they call me with an estimate before proceeding with any repairs. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I received a call, and the shop proceeded with the work without our approval. The total cost to repair the bumper was $3,344.13, which I find astonishing given the minimal damage. While I used the other driver’s insurance, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. I chose this body shop because of its high Google reviews, but my experience did not meet my expectations. I hope they improve their communication and transparency with customers in the future.
