Honestly I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was friendly and they really went above and beyond including a hand towel dry and tire shine (that I didn’t even know was included). You can just tell they’re genuinely nice people with strong work ethic which is pretty rare nowadays. It also has lots of scrubbies so my car is super clean. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
They're so friendly there. Everyone smiles and makes you feel welcomed. They did a fantastic job on my interior. I love this place.
Though it’s not a shiny new penny like a Luv’s or a Gate Car Wash, it’s neat and clean. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The car wash works great. My car was super filthy, and I thought for sure I’d have to go back through, but it cleaned everything! The BONUS is that it’s the only full service car wash (that I know of) in town. That means that they offer to also thoroughly clean your interior. They have about 14 different bottles of types of cleaners for different purposes. The inside of the shop is “dealership” clean, and the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. All of the staff gave the same friendly and courteous service. They also offer a discount for military active duty and veterans, teachers, and police (for a limited time). There is also oil change service. I was highly impressed. I will definitely be making this my new car wash home!
HORRIBLE DETAILING!!!My husband took my car here for detailing and it is the absolute worst job I've ever seen! He paid for the most expensive detailing package, not sure what it's called. My complaints are only about the inside. The outside looked fine. There is a weird residue on my screen. Looks like bubbling but its residue from whatever they sprayed on it and it won't come off. I'm so afraid to use a different cleaner and make it worse. There's also residue on the inside of all of ny windows. They didn't properly vacuum or detail ANYTHING as there are crumbs and lint everywhere. Whatever oil sheen spray they used on my dash board has stained it and its still greasy. They put wayyy too much and so much that everywhere my foot kept sliding off of the sides of the door. Also, the plastic piece that is glued to the inside of the door jamb is GONE (driver's side). I don't even know what it's called to try and buy a new one. My driver's seat is also badly stained. I called and left a message for the manager and left both my and my husband's phone numbers (very clearly, repeated twice) and never received a call back. I gave them an opportunity to make it right because I hate to leave such a bad review but this just feels so disrespectful the way they left my car! I used to bring my car here every month years ago but the service is just awful. I do not recommend this business AT ALL!
This place is horrible. I just got an oil change and didn't tighten the drain plug. It left me stranded with no oil in the vehicle.It almost cost me an engine. When I contacted them they said they can't help me because the manager was not there. When I went there the next day the manager said they didn't have access to video because they didn't know how to access the footage. They offered me $30 off for me being stranded and me having to tighten my own drain plug as well as buying the new oil. These guys are clowns!!!!!!
