Another great experience at Carboy winery tonight. They were super busy, but we managed to find a couple of seats at the bar. And despite a packed house, Lex, Gabby, Wes and Jack took excellent care of us! Terrific selection of wines and delicious small plates and apps. Trust me fellas, always a great date night spot.
We discovered Carboy in Palisade and loved it! The wine was great, the atmosphere lovely and the vibe was fun… we joined the club and now LOVE going to the Denver location to enjoy a glass of wine (or a flight) and food from their fabulous menu choices. The service is always top! Our last experience was with Autumn… she had great suggestions and we loved the seared ahi tuna bowl entree. The servers are always friendly and welcoming! We’ll be back!
We loved every minute of our wine tasting with Neda! She gave us the perfect balance of wine background and fun. We will absolutely be back for another tasting because the wine was surprising and exceptionally delightful!!
Love this place! It is my home away from home. The wine is incredible and doesn't have the yucky stuff that makes you feel gross in the morning. The staff is incredible, INCREDIBLE! Alexis, Wes and Victoria feel like family and give the best recommendations. I highly recommend the wine club, it is completely worth it. Come here, you will love it!
Really enjoyed the wine — everything we tried was delicious. The location is super cute and has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. A lovely place to spend an afternoon. Would definitely come back!
