Nice people, clean office, timely enough. Been twice for symptoms too painful to wait out the weekend. All I’ve got is a flu/covid test and then told to see my primary doc on Monday. Maybe just the limitations of their office, but next time I’ll go to the ER if I actually need something (other than a flu/covid test). They won’t take a very critical look at you.
I usually have a really good experience here, but not today. Rude manager and uncaring provider. Front desk girl was sweet. Medical assistant was also nice but it’s ridiculous if you need to be seen for being sick and want them to just take a peek at your skin for a sudden blistering rash. I understand if you have several lengthy issues that a pcp should monitor but being sick and having a rash are quick urgent care needs. Crazy that you have to choose between your health concerns when it took less than a minute to look at the skin so could’ve easily also checked out my lungs, throat and ears to address that concern. The provider was in the room for literally about 1 minute and could’ve taken 5 to check my other symptoms. So disappointed in my visit today and apparently I have to wait 24 hours if I want to be seen for being sick to make sure I don’t have problems or infection in my throat. Didn’t understand before when patients would say “CareNow what a joke, more like CareNever”, but now I know. This place has really gone downhill and should employ caring providers and helpful, knowledgeable managers that don’t argue because they don’t know what they’re talking about. How can a manager not know what “met out of pocket” means? Since she feels like that means you still have to pay coinsurance, let’s educate…”Out-of-pocket max met means you've spent the maximum amount your health insurance plan requires you to pay for covered medical care in a year, so now the insurer pays 100% of those costs for the rest of the plan year, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance”. Used to manage some of these clinics too and we would NEVER treat a patient the way I was treated today. What a shame.
My priorities in order: A) Good care from a good doctor who knows what's up. B) Saw the doctor quickly. C) Everyone who works there (the people I came in contact with) were super nice to me, efficient, caring and knowledgeable. D) Takes my insurance, or else I wouldn't have been there obviously. ... You should give everyone I came in contact with a raise and more benefits to make sure you keep them all. I don't know any of them, and this was my first time in this office. Excellent first impression.
Fantastic visit. There wasn’t a wait when I checked in online so I canceled it. The receptionists were so kind to help me check in and make sure everything was done correctly. She helped me upload my insurance and got me in. Nay was perfect screening and getting history of my issues. Polite and professional. The doctor addressed my issues immediately and offered a couple of extra tests just in case. I got my medications put in at my pharmacy and was on my way. Great experience
I have been recovering from a pretty deep Hematoma that needs to be repacked everyday and the staff here made it so quick and painless as possible. I had Diane Daras NP help repack my wound and she was amazing and super careful. I barely knew she was packing a very large hematoma on my lower back. Thank you all so much and I appreciate it once again. I would recommend this urgent care for all your needs that ERs don't need addressing.
