I have been to several urgent cares and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all, which I suppose is not a huge deal, they do not take secondary insurance. My copay was $75 WITH primary insurance coverage. What was most upsetting to me was the lack of care and time spent with the PA during my visit. I will not list the name of the female provider I saw, but she was extremely rude and did not seem to care to listen about the reason as to why I came. She was in the room with me for all of maybe 90 seconds and she sent me home. No instructions, no recommendations I hadn’t thought of before my visit, and certainly no respect for me, my concerns, or my wellbeing. I do not recommend this location to anyone and I am very disappointed with my experience. What a shame.
Nurses onsite were great! Doctor onsite was not. Was in my room for 10 seconds. Horrible bedside manner. Couldn’t give a crap about my condition. Wrote me off and sent me on my merry way. What a waste of money and time. Dr Silva. Work in admin or something or go back to school to learn how to be a better person. It’s doctors like these that make people not want to go to the doctor and then get sick enough for an ER visit. Thanks for nothing.
I've been here twice before and loved it. Friendly staff and really attentive doctors. Went in today and it was awful. They acted annoyed I was even there. I've been sick for over a week and the doctor couldn't even make something up as to what was wrong with me. I was in there less 10 minutes and the doctor was probably with me for 2-3 minutes. He mumbled, seemed annoyed I was there. Might as well use chatgpt to see whats wrong with me and use goodrx to get a prescription. How on earth is AI more compassionate? I wish it was 1995 again.
We walked in very close to closing and they still welcomed us in and made sure to meet the patients needs. The waiting room was very clean and had the cutest little kids seating area.
They got me in and out quickly. They were very helpful with their advice. Good bedside manner. Love their coffee bar!
