This place charged me $350 after insurance for an STD test and never sent the results or posted them to my account, are we serious ?! What is wrong with this place. Want to know what they billed my insurance over $1400 for an STD panel only with pee not blood are we serious ? these are usually FREE at a health clinic for both blood and pee. Do NOT GO HERE I repeat again choose anywhere else burn another day this is fraud cancel that wait line turn around they gonna get you and don’t you dare pay with credit card they are gonna keep auto charging your account for a new fee that came back from their billing
Good if you just have the flu or simple sickness can’t say about more complex situations . Doctor was nice and knowledgeable However the guy at the front desk is very off putting I witnessed other people come in and he was that way to them too , there was two tablets to sign in but he only wanted the one to right used which was locked and older people didn’t know how to put in the password he gave them he eventually sighed and came out to unlock it because they were asking to use the other one , maybe put a out of order sign or something to avoid this confusion ( it looked to be working fine don’t know why so adamant about it not being used ) as everyone gravitated to the left one
I have gone here on many occasions and the PA Rachel that was on duty was so non-concerned to find a resolution for my issues today. She was very concerned in pawning me off to the ENT. Previously with PA Murray he is excellent in trying to help the patient with their symptoms. PA Rachel's review of the symptoms were horrible. Not as proactive to get the patient feeling better because "it was under her scope." Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied so I went to a nearby ER and let me tell you, the Dr on staff was very attentive and found ways to try to get you to feel better. Walked out with a prescription for 2 meds and by that night, the nasal drip along with other symptoms were less and I was not as miserable. I'm so happy I went to the nearby ER because PA Rachel basically just wanted me to come back the next day if the symptoms got worse. Absolutely ridiculous I felt terrible and left very unsatisfied feeling really sick. Please review her assessments. She will make patients suffer and just put a "bandaid" on the symptoms. Came in for a Dot Medical Exam and when I say I showed up with minutes left before closing, I was so close to them locking the doors. However, upon entering the building I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who asked what I was coming in for. In most places the folks would have had an attitude but the staff was kind, respectful, and seen me even though I came in super late. I really needed that physical and because they cared more about me and the job than about going home on time, I was able to start working a very lucrative job! Thank you to all the employees at the CareNow Urgent Care Center on riverside.
Terrible experience. I checked in online, and it said there were zero patients ahead of me and no wait time. When I arrived, the waiting room was empty, and I could see nurses and staff in the back not doing anything. I asked for an ETA and was told they couldn’t give me one. Eventually, it felt like they started avoiding me altogether—at one point, they even left the front desk completely unattended. After waiting 40 minutes with no updates, I left. I was clearly frustrated, and the man at the front desk didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to check on the delay, and didn’t make any effort to help. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing—especially considering I was in a lot of pain. To make matters worse, I was still charged even though I was never seen by a provider.
