I walked in and was welcomed right away. The ladies at the front desk gave me clear direction on the sign in process. I uploaded my documents and was able to go in and out in less than 20 minutes for a drug screening
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with every Care Now I’ve gone to, but I’d have to say my experience at the one on South Congress was definitely the best. I had to transfer over from a different location, but they quickly accommodated me, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt seen and heard by the physician and highly recommend this location.
Please do not come here if you actually have any sense of urgency. They will bring you back, get your vitals and then leave you be for an hour. Don’t know why I keep coming back (it’s convenience). But seriously I checked in on my phone two hours ago to avoid waiting, have been here an hour 30 and still have yet to see a physician. Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Also one time a nurse here texted me from his personal cell phone in 2019. I should have known better to come back but I am unfortunately desperate.
I had a great experience here! Check in was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean. The PA I saw was very nice, transparent, and efficient. I will definitely be back to this location if needed with further urgent care needs!
I chose CareNow on South Congress based on convenience, ratings and because I don’t have health insurance, I’m so very happy I did. I can’t thank Dr. Evans Martínez and Lanna the x-ray tech enough for the excellent care I was given. I booked the appointment online and was able to get one immediately, also when I got to the facility I waited no more than 10 minutes before I was brought in, and was seen by the doctor. Excellent service at quite an affordable price! Highly recommend then!! Thank you again.
