Fast arrival after I called for service. Ben Beers of Carmichael Garage Door quickly discovered my +10 year old Lift Master opener needed replacement. Ben explained everything to me and was able to replace same visit and spent time getting me set up. Carmichael Garage Door & Ben Beers always great service. The only company I use.
We had a new garage door and motor installed by Carmichael Garage Door. Ben the technician was fabulous to work with. He explained everything in detail and even helped us decide what type of door and windows would best match the house. He said installation would take about five hours and he was done in three. We love our new garage door and the quiet motor.
Just had a wonderful experience with a technician named Cody. He was informative, qualified and friendly. Didn’t sell me something I didn’t need and out in good effort to get to the root of the problem which ended up being just a new remote. I called several other companies and many didn’t even answer the phone. This company did and the service and pricing were all great.
The customer service received from the company was exceptional. They were able to route a technician for a free quote and repair within about an hour. Needed to replace broken springs on my 2 car garage door. Technician Mr. Ben Beers was very professional, super knowledable and provided great customer service. Price was also very reasonable. He also recommended replacement of the door wheels, which I agreed to. Upon completion of work, he performed a courtesy check of my other garage door to ensure it worked with no issues. I highly recommend Charmichael Garage Door and Ben!
There are no adequate words to express how outstanding Carmichael Garage Door has proven to be. Ben Beers, who has been with the company for many years, stands among the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous technicians we have ever encountered. He arrived right on time and diagnosed the issue with our garage doors within minutes. He serviced them, reprogrammed our remotes, and helped us set up the myQ app, which now allows us to control and monitor the opening and closing of both doors, anywhere in the world. The price of the service call was very reasonable, and Ben recommended an annual maintenance schedule, which we fully intend to follow. While there are many options in our area, we are truly grateful to have found Carmichael Garage Door to care for our home’s needs. The added bonus is having someone like Ben—someone any company would be most fortunate to have on its team.
