I want to update my previous review based on our recent experience with the new ownership. Our original experience with the prior staff was extremely frustrating. We were sold carpet with a pet stain warranty, but when we attempted to file a claim, it turned into years of back-and-forth with no resolution. We were repeatedly asked for photos, received little to no follow-up, and were even told, “we’ve never had anyone make a warranty claim,” which did not inspire confidence. Early on, the installation itself was also problematic—the wrong carpet was installed in the wrong rooms, and it took multiple visits and verification before it was finally corrected. Given the amount we spent, the service at that time fell far short of expectations. That said, since the change in ownership, our experience has been markedly different. Dalton has worked directly with us to file a warranty claim and has been gracious, accommodating, and patient as we select a replacement carpet for our home. The new team acknowledged and apologized for our prior experience and has made a genuine effort to make things right. While the initial experience was very disappointing, the new ownership has shown professionalism and a clear commitment to customer service, and I appreciate the effort they’ve made to take care of us. I will update this again once we have the warranty carpet installed.
Our salesperson, Dalton, was absolutely wonderful — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect carpet for our home. He answered all of our questions, offered great advice, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The installation team did an outstanding job as well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care in making sure everything looked perfect before they left. The quality of the work is excellent — the carpet looks beautiful, feels amazing underfoot, and completely transformed our space. I highly recommend Carpet One to anyone looking for top-quality flooring and exceptional service. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of professionalism and craftsmanship. We’ll definitely be returning for future projects!
Dalton was amazing to work with. He showed up and was able to find us the right carpet in the price range we wanted. The installers came and were very professional and fast! Very nice group to work with. I would use them again for any future flooring needs.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this place and especially Dalton. I shopped the store looking for carpet for my closet. It was a small job, expensive and most places didn’t follow up with me or send me estimates. Dalton followed up, made suggestions, checked with manufacturers for alternative options that might be more affordable. I didn’t initially make a decision, but came back 6 months later and Dalton got my business. He took care of all the details and gave me a realistic timeframe to get the carpet installed right before Christmas. I was very happy with the carpet and installation. Dalton even followed up once again to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Very professional, thorough and friendly. They have my business!
