This service was purchased as a gift via Groupon for $49 and advertised as an inside and outside wash with an extra clean. At the appointment, an additional $10 was requested due to bird droppings on the car. Bird droppings are a normal and common reason people book a car wash in the first place, and would reasonably be expected to be included in an extra clean service. Charging extra for this felt inconsistent with what was advertised. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend.

My friend recently bought a coupon for $79 for her partner’s car. They visited the car wash last Thursday and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite paying for an extra clean, door jams and inside wheels total $30 on top of $79 The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, they didn't do the job properly and still had dirt spots on the carpet barely touched. For the price I payed expected much better quality and attention to detail. I won't be returning anytime.
I recently visited a car wash to get my vehicle cleaned. As I pay $259.The exterior was thoroughly washed and looked great, sparkling under the sunlight. However, I was disappointed to find that the interior wasn't cleaned properly. The seats were still dusty, and the floors weren't vacuumed. Overall, while the outside looked fantastic, I expected better care for the inside of my car
Paid for a deluxe clean and extra to get my seats cleaned, very happy with the cleaning of the front seats, but not the rest. I lifted up my small hatch in the back of the car, the boot wasn't cleaned nor the car panel under the hatch. It was filthy. I wasn't happy with the interior as there were still marks on the internal doors and windows. When I called and spoke to them they told me it was extra to clean the door jams. Don't bother you could do it better yourself. What is the point of paying someone to do it they are not going to do a thorough job ?
