They removed my rating lol tells ya something, it was a 3 star honest review. Dropped my car off to have the rear bumper repaired, and they destroyed my rear back up camera harness, the interior trunk liner because they couldnt figure out how to remove it so they ripped it out, and bent the aluminum where the clips go... they did a good job on the paint but at the expense of my camera harness, interior linear, and clip holders... and they never fixed the damage they caused.
I am happy to have taken my car to CARSTAR, not only they are true professionals but also provide excellent quality of work. My car looks as it is new. Customer service is amazing as well. They kept me informed and my car was ready on time. Thank you CARSTAR for a great job. I recommend them to family and friends.
CARSTAR Eddy’s Auto Body was absolutely the best choice for my car repairs! I was rear ended and of course stressed about where would be the best place for repairs! Eddy’s was extremely professional, timely and communicative! I never wondered what part of the repair my car was in or how things were going because they always kept me informed. As for their quality of work they did not disappoint! My car looked amazing! Oh and Ruth the receptionist is hands down the best! She was very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions without making it seem as if I was asking too much! I definitely recommend you bring your car here for any and all body repairs you may need!
My car was vandalized and in need of repair and my insurance company said this a shop they had used in the past. I could not have been any more pleased with the service I received. The workmanship was excellent and faster than i could have hoped. Ruth, who runs the front office, is efficient, kind and patient. Working with her was a complete pleasure. I recommend this repair shop without any reservation whatsoever. A really great customer service experience.
I had a minor fender bender and someone hit me. The other parties insurance referred me to this body shop and normally I'd be apprehensive going somewhere unknown to me but I was very glad I did. Not only did the owner Ben take care of me and give me a great deal, but my car is on the verge of looking brand new. Being an older car I was worried about it being totaled but I voiced my concern having just put newer suspension and parts on my car. I was able to get another headlight after initial repairs as well which happened to come the next day and only took them about 10 minutes to install, and they quoted me a weeks time of work on my car which they kept to. I'll definitely recommend and will be coming back here for some other minor repairs I wanted to do. Fast and efficient and friendly!
