Not very happy with Ren.. took a month to repair our car, installed a part faulty. Advised me to have everything checked, which I did! Dealer said part was not installed properly, i contacted my insurance carrier who advised they had already paid for the part to be installed and due to the fact it was installed faulty, the body shop was responsible. I have gone back and forth with owner and he refuses to take responsibility, therefore I am out $750!! So as you can see from his reply he asked me to contact him, which I did on dec 9. He indicated he would send me the $750 to repair my car correctly, I waited…Nothing! I then sent him another email December 18 asking if he had sent - no response!!, This is not reliable and terrible customer service! BEWARE they lie! He promised to make his wrong right and has completely ghosted me! I am out $900 and I trusted him. He is not reliable
Fixed my car's door in a matter of less than 3 days. Looks incredible. People were welcoming and helpful, and very understanding. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend. Just give them a call before arriving to confirm where to park - as they tend to have a full parking area.
FIRST OF ALL: they did an absolutely professional job on my car, made it back like new - and it was not an easy job, and they did it perfectly. SECOND OF ALL: the friendliness, kindness and customer service was 5-stars. Just great crew, great team and wonderful people. Highly advise using their services.

Great service! My car was repaired in almost a week, during this time they called, clarified whether the color of spare parts and other parts would suit me. When the car was issued, it looked great! As a pleasant addition, it was washed and even given a cute toy🥰 Definitely recommend, the best service and nicer people!
