I Don’t usually post reviews but this time I had too. I have been searching for an attorney to help with an employee to employer’s lease agreement. I recently had a consultation with Damian from Castaneda & Co., and it was one of the few times I’ve spoken with an attorney who truly made me feel like I was talking to a regular person, not someone just watching the clock. But to my surprise, Damian took the time to really listen. He let me explain everything without rushing me, asked thoughtful questions, and then carefully broke down my legal options in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was that he didn’t pressure me into hiring their firm, instead, he offered practical steps I could take on my own if I wasn’t ready to move forward yet. That kind of honesty and empathy is rare. He even went beyond and provided me with legal advice that showed he genuinely cared about helping, not just billing hours. Damian was extremely honest, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of our entire situation. He couldn’t take our case but directed us in all the right directions, gave us advice, and even got in contact with another firm for us. I was honestly hoping to work with him based on how well spoken he was about our issue, but him helping us out and finding us another firm was over the top in terms of customer service. If I run into any other problems in the future Damian will 100% be my go-to guy.
