Bought a Billy Connolly print that was expensive. It fell out of the mount a couple of weeks after purchase. Took it back and they repaired it - took 3 or 4 weeks. But print was returned without the certificate of authentication. Over the next 3 months I visited the store twice and called on several occasions to ask when it would be returned and every time I was told it would be sorted within a few days. The last request was two weeks ago and still nothing coming my way - so thats months I have been waiting. I am now writing this review and hope they read it and take note that this is the worst type of customer service possible. Stop saying something will get sorted and then do nothing about it. After spending a significant amount it is only fair to expect some level of customer service - not to be palmed off with platitudes and sentiment followed by silence!
Picked up a piece from here today and from start to finish Becca was exceptionally helpful and kind, she is an absolute star! This is my first art purchase and because of Becca I will definitely return to buy more in the future. Thank you so so much! ☺️
Always great window presentations by the staff ...to draw you in.I was drawn in by who i now know was Paul Kenton and his vibrant painting " NY Ablaze ". I don`t know if he uses photography in his process but there`s a photo on every corner in New York...so if he does there`s going to be a lot of Art lol ! A great image of Billy Connolly in the window " Peeping " made me laugh. The gallery is full of amazing work...check them out : ) Photos uploaded...include.. Castle fine arts es una hermosa tienda de arte con piezas increíbles de arte. Cuando entré en la tienda, me recibió la dueña, que me ofreció una taza de té; era encantadora y acogedora. Para acceder a la tienda si tienes una discapacidad o dificultades para subir las escaleras, simplemente ve a 100 Queen Street y el personal de allí te permitirá pasar por la puerta trasera. Hay un baño accesible aquí, que me encanta porque no veo muchos en tiendas pequeñas.
Algunas obras de arte excelentes en exhibición aquí, pero a precios bastante atractivos. Creo que variaba aproximadamente entre £750 y £20,000. Tienen algunas ediciones limitadas de Bob Dylan, pinturas que no son música; cuestan alrededor de £1200, él también hace originales (aunque no están aquí); £100,000 citó la chica. Como dije, hay muchas exhibiciones excelentes, principalmente pinturas y estatuas, y para quienes están preocupados por el precio, bueno, quizá convenga tratarlo como una inversión.
