We are very grateful to Catering St. Louis for helping coordinate our wedding at the Bayer Event Center at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Everything was stunning! From the setting to the service, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A special thank-you to Tina, who guided us through the planning process with such patience and expertise. She answered our many detailed questions, helped us navigate every decision, and ensured everything exceeded our expectations. Her calm presence and attention to detail made us feel supported every step of the way. The food was delicious, including the passed hors d'oeuvres, the charcuterie boards, and the tasty and warm entrées. The day felt seamless, elegant, and joyful — we couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring it all together. We highly recommend Catering St. Louis for anyone planning a beautiful, well-executed event. Thank you for transforming our ideas into something even more beautiful than we imagined!

Catering St. Louis was so wonderful to use for our wedding day! Our venue (Oliva) was perfect and all of the staff did a great job! The food was excellent! We had such a variety of options at our tasting and all the guests loved their meal! Our wedding coordinator, Karen was AMAZING. She was very professional but also very personable. I felt very comfortable working with her and she made the entire process more fun! Everything we had asked she made happen, which I was very impressed by. Our guests complimented every part of the wedding, and we are so grateful we had such a great day. Thanks again!

We recently had the pleasure of working with The Saint Louis Catering Company at the Saint Louis Botanical Gardens - Spink Pavilion for our wedding reception, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment we started planning, their team (especially our wedding coordinator Lauren D) was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was perfect for our special day. Lauren was attentive and responsive to our needs. Lauren and her event staff managed everything with professionalism and efficiency, making the planning process stress-free for us. The presentation of the food was lovely, adding a touch of elegance to our reception. The food itself was delicious, with a variety of options that pleased all our guests. Every bite was a testament to the quality and care put into the preparation. They were able to help support all of the dietary needs that our guests had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We chose our venue to be at the Spink Pavilion at Missouri Botanical Garden and were linked with the Catering St. Louis. We were absolutely thrilled with everything. Karen West, our coordinator, is kind, gracious and had some great additional suggestions. The event went perfectly thanks to the whole CSL team. The bar and service staff were professional and attentive. Our guests made comments on how meal service came out smoothly and perfectly. The food was amazing, it came out hot and was delicious. Our magical night at the spink pavilion began 14 months before. I was planning my son’s rehearsal dinner from out of town and from the beginning the communication with everyone was amazing and so easy! Rhonda was our coordinator and always responded with kindness and attention to detail. Every request I made was honored. The set up 2 hours before the event was thoughtfully planned and executed flawlessly. The staff was cheerful and attentive. All of this led to a magical evening in a stunning venue! The meal was not only complimented but called one of the best meals they had ever had. I’m so grateful I chose St Louis catering!
