We had an amazing experience working with Scott at Cavalier to design our engagement ring. We fell in love with their Haven ring but wanted to make a few tweaks to its design, and Scott was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his customer service — he was always mindful of giving us space to chat privately and never made us feel rushed or pressured, which we truly appreciated. The quality of the ring is absolutely incredible, and we’re completely over the moon with how it turned out. We couldn’t recommend Scott and Cavalier more and are so excited to return to design our wedding bands. An exceptional experience from start to finish.
We had my engagement ring custom made at Cavalier and I had a lot of very specific details. From the very start, Scott at Cavalier was super attentive and gave great customer service. The whole process was so smooth and they ensured every detail was right throughout every step. The ring looks exactly how I wanted to (actually, even better) and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Cavalier and we can’t wait to make our wedding bands there too.
Scott really did a fantastic job of taking care of us at Cavalier. We came in with some initial ideas and showed some inspiration pictures and he put the piece we were hoping to build together, quite perfectly. His genuine personality and excitement for us made the entire experience a positive one for both of us. The entire process was timely, smooth, and felt like he genuinely cared about our story. We walked out saying how we definitely felt like this was the place we wanted to put our trust in designing the perfect engagement ring. We both love it and they did an amazing job bringing our idea to life.
Scott helped me design an engagement ring and was super straightforward about explaining everything. I also asked if it was possible to have the ring done sooner than the typical timeline as I wanted to propose in the summer and he made sure we got it done in time. I even offered to pay to have it rushed and he refused, and got it done quickly for a super good price. The ring is beautiful and my fiancé loves it! I’ve since recommended Cavalier and Scott to all my friends looking to get engaged
Alexis was incredibly helpful when my fiancee and I came in to design our ring. The entire process was very collaborative. She helped us understand all of our options, explained all the jargon, and worked within our budget so that we ended up with the perfect ring for us. When the ring was finished they were able to safely and securely ship it to us here in Victoria. Thank you Alexis and Cavalier!
