Very pleased with the service I have received for the past year from Philicia and her amazing team. There were so many things that I was not doing for my business that was making me lose money that Philicia helped me understand and she is great about structuring your business well to help you save money in taxes.

Philicia has prepared my taxes for the last few years always quick fast and maximized my return with no issues. This year I was audited and they froze my refund. At first I was upset very unsure of what I was going to do. Philicia made sure she fought til the end until she won my audit. She told me she had my back from the beginning because she knew everything I filed for was legit and on top of that she knew how it felt to be audited. I highly recommend her. There are fees that are not included in the tax preparation for her to represent you when being audited but she also worked with me with those fees as well. She won my audit and she told me she would fight until she did!!

I have tried many tax preps in my day and CB professional tax services have knocked them all out the box. professional,knowledgeable, she have patience with all my questions and didn't rush through my return. just all around the best. Update)) Three years in and I still stand by my original review CB professional tax services is superb in their knowledge of taxes, patience when you when you almost hit the deadline like I did and very patient with every question I came up with. You will not be disappointed

I can not thank Philicia enough. My taxes were late like right down to the last hour and she pulled it out for me. She gave me ways to take care of filing fees. She literally took me step by step on how to help her help me. I'm completely in awe of her commitment to getting me taken care of in the final hour. Thank you and I look forward to working with you. Her patience is unreal. I was very needy and she didn't make me feel like a burden. Forever grateful.
