The whole experience with the purchase of my Duncan banquette was perfect, bar none. The notifications were efficient and as stated. Delivery personnel were friendly, respectful and careful. Customer service was top notch as well. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Although a bit pricey, the quality is amazing and you get what you pay for!

My wife and ordered over $20000 worth of furniture this year to furnish our house. We our happy with our products and the post sale service we received was great. The white glove service was phenomenal as the delivery men took care to ensure items were installed correctly . Any issues with our order was dealt right away with Jonathan assisting us. We had their designer Hasti help furnish our place. Her design ideas are great. However her customer service skills can be improved. The price you pay is for quality and customer service!

I placed an order specifically because the website advertised “Same day pickup if you order by 12 PM.” I ordered well before the cutoff, but by the end of the work day I still hadn’t heard anything. When I checked in, I was told the item actually wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t arrive for a few days. I’m not sure if this is an issue with how inventory is tracked or a disconnect between the website and the store, but it completely defeats the purpose of offering same day pickup. It was inconvenient, and honestly doesn’t make me want to continue shopping here.

I have been quite a bit of furniture shopping all around town and I have to say that this cb2 location gave me the most amazing customer experience from start to finish. We purchased a floor model media console and Jonathan, the assistant store manager was responsive and accommodating. Truly the best customer service I’ve received in a long time, and I will most definitely be back in store soon!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided from the manager, Victoria. She helped us place the order in store and when there were delivery damage issues, she helped us fix them immediately. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism and customer service. She really helped make the process smooth and dealt with everything so fantastically.
