We hired CDS Landscaping for a major landscaping, irrigation, and drainage overhaul across our entire property, and the results were nothing short of exceptional. Chris, the owner and operator, runs an excellent crew who arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. The team was consistently polite, professional, and clearly very talented, handling complex grading, drainage solutions, and plantings with skill and attention to detail. I highly recommend CDS Landscaping to anyone in St. Pete looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping and drainage work. Their combination of expertise, professionalism, and pride in their work made a big difference for our property.
Old fashioned quality service with prompt attention to detail and professionalism. Fair competitive pricing. Well organized plan from start to finish. Our project was a complete makeover of a condo property in downtown Treasure Island. Sod removal and some sod replacement. We increased our shell areas to have less sod. CDs landscaping use weed guard and 3/4 inch shells. Tropical plants were added to our beds. Large fishtail palms were removed and stumps ground and removed. Sprinkler system was upgraded to better water plants and sod and not water new shell areas. Final cleanup included pressure washing our pavers. First class all the way.
Chris was responsive to phone contact, turned the job around quickly, and was fair and clear up front about pricing. He and his team did a nice job with some landscaping and tree trimming at our home and I hope we get to work with them again and I’d recommend them to a friend.
Wow! Chris with CDS Landscaping was wonderful to work with. He was responsive to calls and texts. He handled my yard drainage project professionally and extremely timely ( he got me in for next day service). His pricing was fair and upfront. Not to many companies are willing to take on a project that another company left a mess, but I am truly thankful Chris accepted and completed the project. I'm very pleased with the aesthetics and I'm sure it will now function as promised. I highly recommend.
We also hired Chris to fix our existing sprinklers. The current drought we’ve all experienced and a poor layout of our sprinklers were leaving our grass looking very dry. Chris’s suggestions and his team have done a great job to cover both our front and backyard adequately with all new sprinklers. His quote was within our budget and the job was done efficiently.
