I will never use them the Asian guy broke my iPhone 7. I brought it in working and now it's broken and he doesn't want to fix it! I'm so angry I'm ready to call 911 and the BBB if the phone worked when it came in and now it doesn't work because after he opened it. It's his fault.
😐 For many years this was my favorite place to get my cell phone repaired. I never had issues until recently. Today, I took a friend in to have a samsung screen replaced. The normal full staff was not there but the older gentleman (who is always there) attended to us. As we were explaining what we needed done, a young girl came in, anxious to pick up her boyfriend's phone. The man who was speaking with us stop attending to us in order to help her!!!! She came in frantic and very irritated because she did not want to be there to pick up someone else's phone ( i didn't even know you could pick up somebody else's phone that she didn't drop off). Instead of telling the young woman to wait, he kept going back and forth and then finally fully attended to her!!! I told my friend to take her phone and put it back in her purse. And the next move is to walk out and allow him to give her his full undivided attention. And I told him he lost customers for life and good bye! It's very sad because I've had great customer service from them for many years and I will have to search for someone else. If you want a company who is going to pay attention to other people instead of who was in line first, then you're welcome to go here. 💥
Absolutely trustworthy and professional! I was nervous about mailing my phone in for repair, but this shop completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was smooth, fast, and incredibly professional. They communicated every step of the way and used authentic parts - no knockoffs or cheap substitutes. What impressed me most was the turnaround time. I mailed my phone in, and it was back in my hands, fully repaired, in no time. It looked and worked like brand new! If you're hesitant about mailing in your device, don't be. This shop has earned my trust 100%. I wouldn't send my phone anywhere else. If I could give lower review I would. My iPhone 14 Pro's display stopped functioning and so I went to them for a display fixing. I had to pay $200 which was good because Apple was charging $330. But, I think it's been less than two months yet it happened again today. It is worse than the last time because at least with Apple's display it would turn on but with this one, my phone doesn't even turn on. And you know what is the most scary thing that I realized very late like an idiot was that their guarantee was three days.
I live all the way in Virginia. I had an iPhone 14 Pro that had a broken back glass, and every repair center in my area wanted around $300 to replace the glass. And the replacement glass wouldn't even have the original apple logo on it -probably a 3rd party Chinese part they'd use. I realize the laser machine required is expensive but a simple glass repair shouldn't cost half the price of the phone!!! That's when I started searching for other repair centers on Google, and ran across Cell Phone Repair TX. The same repair for only 1/3 of the price others were asking!!! I talked to them on the phone, and they were super friendly and said if I took care of the shipping both ways they'd be happy to fix the phone. I sent it in, and a day and a half later it was already on its way back. Speedy fast, and well done!!! The glass did have an old sticker but with a little goo gone it came off well. Communication and friendliness here was exceptional, and the repair was flawless. Thank you so much!!
