Came into the shop the other Sunday night with my elderly mother We were greeted by a lovely young man with tattoos. He was very helpful and Accommodating Especially with helping my elderly mother pick a wine, he took the time to show her the range And patiently expressed and explained everything to her As she is in her older years and has Trouble in public settings as she suffers from anxiety so it was really nice for the young man working To go the extra mile and take the time with her We really appreciated it and she was over the moon with the service will certainly be back again we are going to be making this our local.
Thought I’d try out Cellarbrations at Broadbeach and what a fantastic experience it was. The service I received was exceptional. Brett, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful regarding wine selection. After buying some wine, I was also looking to buy some pre-mix cans. Brett’s suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. He was so friendly and helpful. The store was beautifully presented with everything very easy to find. This is definitely my new local bottle shop.
BEST ALCOHOL SHOP IN AUSTRALIA!!! Brett was so helpful and very organised. He was so welcoming and helped us. He was very respectful and genuine and now this is going to be my go to local!!! Such an underrated bottle shop!! deserves 5 star rating !!!! MUST GO HERE !❤️❤️
I had such a great experience at Celebrations Broadbeach North thanks to Brett, the manager. I was really confused about which wine to choose, and he took the time to patiently explain everything and help me find exactly what I needed. His knowledge, friendliness, and genuine care made the experience stand out. Honestly, it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had at a bottle shop. We definitely need more managers like Brett. Highly recommend!
