I bought a dress here while on vacation, then went to put it on the next day and it has a giant hole in the bottom, making the dress unwearable. I took it back a day or two later and they told me they wouldn’t replace it or give me a refund because “They sold it in perfect condition” and “they checked before they sold it to me and it there was no hole”, meanwhile no one thoroughly examined the dress, including myself, or else I would have grabbed another one before purchasing. The store owner told me to take it to a seamstress to get it fixed after it was already $50 - the hole was big enough that a seamstress clearly can’t fix it. Very clearly just a business that cares about $ and not about its product/customers. Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off by a tourist trap. Happy Travels!
My wife really enjoyed shopping here. The collection is excellent and the service is outstanding. Sulma helped my wife find the perfect dress for the summertime. We highly recommend this shop for unique items.
Cella’s is an absolutely adorable boutique with a great selection of unique items and great prices. If you’re looking for something unique that you won’t find anywhere else, this is your spot. I ended up with two pairs of shoes and a purse, I’m so excited to wear all of them!
We discovered this little shop in New Orleans and were amazed at how beautiful, one of a kind, and reasonably priced every is…so many truly special items! Especially the shoes. I couldn’t decide on the navy or black wedges, so I got them both!!
Fabiana was so helpful. The purses and shoes - many made by hand supporting women from Latin. Stop in you will not leave empty handed. Plz support this store after Katrina and pandemic
