I’m not one to leave reviews but this one deserves one. I came in after dropping my iPad in the shower. I brought it in with no hope and the gentleman gave me a diagnosis. After changing a few things that were water-damaged I picked up my iPad and it looks brand new. He did an amazing job not only fixing my issue but was extremely nice and patient with me. I will be a forever customer!!! Apparently, they also have locations in Burlington, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem! Best phone repair company in town for sure!

I came here because I wanted a phone case and screen protector for my new phone and didnt want to wait for Amazon. They have a very small selection for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultras. Red flag #1 : The woman working the store showed me the display where they kept the cases for my phone and then told me that the S24 Ultra cases were interchangeable with the S25 Ultra cases. Luckily, I know better and decided to only look for cases that were specifically made for my phone. The two different phones are two different sizes and shapes. Red flag #2 : There are no prices on any of the cases. There arent even any barcodes on anything. The employee told me to ask her about a case and she'd give me the price. The only places that do this are ones that will try to scam you. Anyways, I find a basic case out of the very few they have available for my phone and bring it to the front. Red flag #3 : The employee tries to put the screen protector on my phone without telling me the price. I asked for a screen protector and she says they have regular and privacy. I say regular and she pulls one from a baggie of like 50 of them. She doesn't even explain what I'm getting. Is it tempered glass? TPU? PET? I've been in this situation before. They hurry up and put the screen protector on and then tell you it's $XX.XX and now you have to pay because they already put it on your phone. I tell her I left my phone in the car and I can go get it but I can also just put the protector on myself. She then tell me it's gonna be $49 and some change for the screen protector and the case together. I'm sorry but that's literally insane. I asked her how much for just the screen protector and she says $15.99. So I'm like no I don't want anything. All of a sudden she's like, "Well I can give you the screen protector for $12.99." I tell her no thank you. I only came because I didnt want to wait for Amazon and I can get exactly what I want from there for much cheaper. I got home and find the exact case I was gonna buy from them and it's literally $4 on Amazon and they were gonna charge me $30. I looked up good tempered glass screen protectors and they're less than $10 AND you get more than one in a pack. This place is a scam when it comes to buying cases and screen protectors. I can't speak to how well they actually fix devices but I wouldn't bring my phone here to get fixed after this experience.

Went in today to get my iPhone 15 phone screen replaced. I had a deep scratch on my screen and wanted to fix it. Everting worked fine on my phone when I brought it. Once I left the screen protector that I bought and they installed got a huge air bubble when putting my phone case on then when I tried to fix it the whole screen protector just fell off the phone. The new phone screen also does not fit my otter box phone case. Then I noticed that the front facing camera had a big dark spot in one of the corners. Lastly my Face ID was only sometimes reading and the screen response time was a lot slower. I ended up taking my phone to another repair place because I didn’t feel like I could trust them to fix my phone properly after all the issues I was having. After getting my screen replaced at another place everything is working great now and my phone case fits on my phone again. Waste of almost $130.
