No problem with the care received but was only told after the fact that the initial visit was not covered by insurance. Insurer showed the provider to be covered. The chiropractor office said that was true but not for the initial visit, again after the fact. Be sure to be very clear what they intend to charge even though your insurer says it is covered. In short, they were not upfront with the amount they intended to charge. Will not return and can't recommend them.
