Dr.lahiani saved my dog's life not once but twice. My dog is a little french bulldog named Caesar that came in with pain that we got to the root cause. Our boy was a special case due to a tumour in his throat which complicated his treatment but Dr.Lahiani was amazing in his treatment of our loved one from urinary stones and was wonderful and comnunicative with us every step of the way. Now I hope to never return because I don't want my dog to have any more emergencies.. But amazing care
We were on vacation and our dog ate a hand warmer. They were caring and saved our dog!
My vet clinic is part of the Daubigny group (Laurentien Keller). I recently had an appointment for an ultrasound for my dog. I took the afternoon off work to be present for this appointment. I was at the clinic on time. However, since there is a 3 hour window for the appointment, I decided to wait outside the front entrance of the clinic with my dog. No one told me I was obliged to leave my dog at the clinic. While I was sitting in my car, the people for the ultrasound showed up. I did not know they were present. The clinic tried to reach me by phone but my phone did not ring once. An unfortunate happening. Due to this misunderstanding, I lost my $150 deposit for the ultrasound. After 3 hours spent in front of the clinic, I was told that I missed my appointment. I contacted the 'director' of this clinic to see if we could come to an agreement. I lost an afternoon of work, 3 hours in a car in front of this clinic as well as my deposit. I have been a patron of the clinic for many years and have never missed an appointment. Sadly, the staff and management demonstrated zero understanding for my situation. I lost my deposit. I was hoping someone might demonstrate some goodwill since I WAS present for the appointment. This was not the case. Very disappointed in both the clinic and the director's response, Chantal Tanguey. This would have been a miniscule tax expense for your group. What I experienced that day will never leave my memory.
Visiting from Ontario and our Standard Poodle got really sick. We may have had to wait a while but it was worth it. Our pup got the very best care in this state of the art facility. Staff is incredible as is the clinic itself. Thank you for taking such great care of Blu!
It's never a happy moment when our fur babies are sick .... Today, we had the opportunity to use this amazing veterinary center for our girl .. Very kind , knowledgeable staff .. Clean Facility... Comfortable sitting area .. Parking Outside sitting area Healthy food choices are available ..
