The only good thing I can say about them is they were the only ones able to accommodate our dates. Otherwise, they're scammers. We paid for what was supposed to be good paint and I was assured the commercial name was equivalent but its crap. I cannot even wipe the walls without it stripping, so if I wash I'll need to repaint. They charged for multiple layers and it's clear in areas where they only did a single layer. Can't do a straight line to save their life. Destroyed the trim where they removed wallpaper. Would never recommend them.
CertaPro. Painters assisted us preparing our large older home for selling in timely fashion. They matched colours perfectly to our desires and made the cracks and picture punctures disappear. There was bit of a problem with dust from the patching and sanding process as furniture was not always covered completely. We have just had our real estate agent in, and he is happy with the improvements and that makes us happy too.
We had a fantastic experience working with Ken, Jessie, Nicole, and the entire team. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they followed through on every commitment. From the start, they took the time to understand our priorities and worked within our budget to deliver exactly what we envisioned. Their flexibility and thoughtful suggestions throughout the project made a real difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for future projects.
We were very pleased with CertaPro. From the first point of contact which was a Sunday evening. Our project was fully completed by Thursday 5:00pm that’s 4 days! We had the ceiling in our primary bedroom scraped and walls painted. The staff were very clean, very respectful and so efficient. We’d happily recommend CertaPro. We will definitely use them again when we get the rest of our upstairs ceilings scraped and rooms painted. Job well done!
I had received 3 quotes for painting my exterior brick before deciding who to go with. CertaPro had a very fair quote and their follow through was fantastic. They did an excellent job and were very easy to work with to troubleshoot problems. I will 100% use CertaPro for any professional painting needs I have … you should try them too.
