The blow dryer is not good at all your car/truck will come out very wet. The person who dries your windows & mirror has no interest in there job. Poor service.
If no starts was an option I would give them that. Be VERY CAREFUL after visiting the 4th street location. I went for a ONE TIME WASH in the end of Oct 2025 and have seen a recurring charge from this exact location. Turns out i was enrolled in some monthly package that I never signed up for. There should be somewhere requiring my signature for such thing. Keep watch on your bank statements after visiting. Will never visit another champion carwash again.
I had to call customer service about my membership and I spoke to a gentleman named Carlos. Last name starts with a B. He was an amazing customer service rep. Just wanted to let you guys know how pleased I was with him. It was on the call center.

I have had a Mister's membership for years, and just recently decided to make a change after once again getting horrible customer service. I took care of everything online, which was so easy, went to the car wash the next day & was blown away by how much better the actual car wash is! It's night and day from the competitors. Then the very friendly staff wiped down my windows upon exit. I vacuumed out my car as well, the vacuum's work great! It took me half the time! Everyone should make the switch!
