Sheldon was an absolute pleasure to speak with. He took the time to thoroughly explain that the repair I was hoping for would leave the speaker subpar no matter who performed it. Without ever saying it outright, he made it clear that anyone willing to do the job would essentially be taking advantage of me. Instead, he politely let me know they don’t perform repairs on my particular product and could have easily ended the conversation there. Instead, he went out of his way to look out for my wallet and generously shared a wealth of knowledge about speaker repair—completely out of the kindness of his heart. In an industry where most places would happily take your money, Sheldon gave me a mini masterclass on quality repairs and showed me exactly what real honesty looks like. Highly recommend speaking with him if you ever need advice—you won’t find a more trustworthy professional.

I want to preface this review by saying I did not visit nor get serviced by this company. I am leaving a review because of the advice I received. I called about getting my sony headphones repaired and the man that picked up was Sheldon. I asked him if he repaired headphones and he told me not to waste my time getting them repaired, Because repairing headphones cost more than replacing them all altogether. He suggested buying a new pair would be more cost efficient. I’m leaving this review, because I appreciate his honesty, as he could’ve just charged me and took my money. Thank you for your honesty sheldon.

What else can I say except Sheldon is the man who can!! I owned an older higher-end subwoofer that went on the fritz and I was left wondering what to do. After so much time in research, I thankfully came across Champlifier Audio Servicing. He took the time over the phone to explain the predicament I was in, and ultimately helped me offload my sub in the hopes that part of it can be salvaged to bring new life later on down the line.
