Darius did a great job for us today. He was timely, fast, and took time to explain things. Even changed an air filter for me that is up super high (saving me the trouble of carrying a heavy ladder in from the garage). My wife and I are relatively new to AZ and selected Chandler Air after some research. Definitely a great find!
I did my research and am so happy I chose Chandler Air. First, Riley looked at my AC system, and sat down and gave me very straight forward answers to my questions. No big powerpoint presentation. Just a no-bull assessment. I listened to pros and cons of two brands I was considering. I considered single stage vs. multi stage and opted for a more efficient SEER2 17.2 Goodman. My AI research said Goodman was great value for a very good product and Riley agreed. He was a great listener and addressed all my questions and concerns. Then the install: it went very smoothly. Jesus and Ashton were very careful and explained what they were doing before, during and after install was complete. The new Ecobee thermostat was a great upgrade over my past thermostat. Chandler Air registered my AC with the manufacturer and sent me the registration certificate . They also made sure my install would qualify for SRP’s cool cash rebate and for the IRS rebate. This was a big investment but the price was reasonable, especially after all the tax credits and rebates. Thank you Chandler AIr!!
My last two HVAC companies were scandalous at best. They fed me the sales pitch about being the best HVAC company in the valley but after I signed on for a 12+ month service contract, their service became mediocre with constant sales pitches that second opinions proved were not necessary. I’m glad I called Chandler Air. Justin gave a courtesy call before arriving. He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and above all, took the time to explain any issues with my HVAC system. With so many scandalous companies putting profit above customer service, it’s nice to see there are still a few honest technicians like Justin.

Had a repair on my 15 yo original 4 ton ac gas furnace system. Got quotes on a new one and the price was competitive or better. From Adam the rep to Hector and Jesus the installers everything went smoothly. The installers were efficient and professional respecting my home and you'd never know they were here. New system in by lunch and a happy customer. Edit Justin came by just to give a check to the system this week (mar 2025). Everything good and running great. Ready for another summer. He was helpful and thorough. Thanks Justin!
