Julie mapped everything out perfectly, and Claire, who managed the actual move, brought an incredible attention to detail that you just don't expect from a moving company. Claire, Kelli, Brian, Naomi, and Kristin were nothing short of amazing over the next several days, and each of them brought something special to the process. They didn't just pack and unpack—they completely rethought how my spaces could work better. After packing up my old place, they even left my slippers by the bed for my last night there. Little touches like that showed they actually cared about making this easier for me. The coordination they handled was impressive. Multiple vendors, electricians, art installation—they juggled all the scheduling and logistics that would have been a complete headache.
