Nice big Store and organized. Lots of Verity. It's a very busy store but the cashiers were very quick and friendly.
I was here afew days ago and totally enjoyed it! Staff were nice and friendly;a wonderful lady attended to me(sorry forgot her name) the store was clean and books were carefully stacked. Price was fair, I will be coming back for more books!
My teenage son and I popped in the other day while waiting for our movie to start. I can honestly say Jackie went above and beyond amazing customer service! Not only did she answer our questions about particular products, but she engaged in great conversation with my (somewhat shy) fella. That just truly warmed my heart. She is an exceptional human and an exceptional employee!

This time I was disappointed to visit the store, where the American Girl area was a month ago, now is Indigo baby, all the AG brand is gone, just a couple of shelf’s and no inventory. All what Indigo was offering trough the catalog and online is not available, and many families are frustrated for no receiving the items ordered on time (American girl items) I talked with one lady from the staff and the manager, both where beyond friendly and explained the situation with the brand. Other than that, the store is always clean, the staff friendly, different litterature etc. and the new coffee are looks welcoming and warm, spacious and lovely ambiance.
