I stopped going to the gym for a while because I tend to overdo things during my workouts and then decide not to go back because I am too sore or for other lame reasons. I initially felt stressed, but after my first session with Charlie, it was just enjoyable, and the setting was friendly. He thoroughly assessed my situation, enquired about my objectives, and then created a workout plan that is specific to my goals. His instructions were crystal clear throughout the sessions, and he always took the time to make sure I understood the exercises and do them correctly.
