I can’t say enough good things about our Chattanooga Water Heater Co. experience today! I was able to get the new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater purchased and installed in the same visit. If you need any work done on a hot waterheater call them. Respectfull and honest man I would recommend them to anybody. They had my replace in a couple of hours the same day. So if you need service give them a call you will be happy with the service. Thank y'all 😊
Woke up to a puddle of water in the garage! Checked who might specialize in water heaters, surprised to find Chattanooga Water Heater with such great reviews and available on a Sunday regular hours. Quick phone call, 3 hours later a brand new water heater installed! Good price and family is happy happy. Thank you! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Chattanooga Water Heater Co gave me an estimate that was identical to another well rated service provider. However, Travis with CWHCo both educated me about my water heater, explained the cost of fixing vs replacing, and how it compares to the water heater they will use to replace it. My unit was from 2009 and I had been nursing it back to life for a couple of weeks taking the occasional cold shower. Travis had everything needed to perform the swap on hand. It was just under 2 hours total from the time they (Travis, His Father, and childhood Best Friend) arrived to inspect my water heater, educate me on my options, provide a quote, complete the install, educate me on the new unit and take payment. Locally owned and family run. I will use them again and again.
