We have used Chef Mollie for Meal Prep, events, and privately in our home. She is absolutely amazing. Not only is her food THE BEST she is so incredibly kind. For my birthday she came and made my favorites: cacio e pepe, cajun salmon and shrimp, asparagus, and mini key lime pie tarts. Everything was amazing but the shrimp and salmon were cooked so perfectly I couldn’t believe it. We are big into fitness and try to be healthy, she put a spin on the key lime pies to make them lighter/healthier and I would have never guessed. I can’t say enough good things. She’s so fun to work with and her creativity is insane. Give her all your dietary restrictions or foods you don’t like! It’s amazing what she can do. We recommend her to our clients, friends, and family. Everyone is ALWAYS thrilled!

Stopped by their pop-up at Odd Muse Brewery and had to try their Tortitas, Quesamonstro and Elote en Vaso. The flavor was on point in the tortitas. The quesamonstro was good, just wish the cheese to meat ratio favored the meat more. Now.. the elote en vaso was a hit. They had the crumbly cheese, AND crushed hot takis on that joint. It had just the right amount of spice. Check them out!

Wow!! Mollie G came to our favorite brewery, Odd Muse, as a pop up vendor. Food is a great idea if you plan to drink, but their food was so much better than expected! We had their tortitas and quesomonstruo, both with carne asada. It was so flavorful and I loved that they also added tomatoes, pepper and other veggies. Their elote was also tasty - grilled corn with their sour cream sauce (with a tiny kick) and cheese. I hope this spot has them as a pop up again. We will definitely be ordering from them again. 10/10

Mollie and her crew cooked an in home meal for 10 of us that absolutely blew my mind. Elevated dishes that were as beautiful as they tasted. She is so creative and makes you feel like a queen. All of us were blown away. I’ve also ordered her prepared meals which have all been PHENOMENAL.

The food was amazing 🤩. I had the quesadilla and I must say best quesadilla in town. Now this is coming from an extremely picky eater and someone who doesn’t like spicy things. Chef Mollie was amazing because she let me sample the chicken to see of it was too spicy for me and it was perfect. So thank you for taking the time to give me a slight sample. If you haven’t tried her food you must even the vegan dishes are delicious.
