Let me just say this.... his collard greens (no meat) will have you stomping ya feet because they are so damn good! I fell in love with the Mac and cheese cups at a previous event that he catered. I love it because we all know the Mac is the first thing to go. The individual servings are perfect. The fried chicken was well seasoned but not salty. That's a plus in my book. The BBQ chicken was also tasty and not overly seasoned. Salmon was delicious and cooked at the perfect temperature. This man throws down!! For my sisters repass we had the fried fish and to this day my family still talks about how good the food was. Thats exactly why i had to use Chef Roscoe for my daughters sweet 16. Talk of the party!! Thank you Chef Roscoe and Team for your responsiveness, professionalism, and your blessed hands.
Chef Roscoe & his team are amazing!! The food was great, it was delivered hot in these perfectly wrapped boxes. Thanks Chef Roscoe for making our Thanksgiving Dinner Party a big hit!!!!
Big thank you to chef Roscoe. I needed a thanksgiving caterer and just googled I think something like “Black-owned thanksgiving caterer”, something like that. He came right up. The food was amazing. Everyone loved the mac and cheese cups. Definitely plan to use him for future events!
I decided to check out this Catering company on a whim while browsing the internet for food caterers near me. I am SO glad I came across this one. Firstly, I can’t say enough about Mr. Roscoe’s friendly and professional demeanor. He was extremely responsive and gave us superb customer service from the door. He exceeded our expectations in every way. His delivery was prompt and he went above and beyond with the food. Apart from everything on our menu being DELICIOUS, we tasted the LOVE. Everything was flavorful and savory and came hot and ready to eat. Everyone at the party commented and asked where I got the food catered from and I almost wanted to keep it a secret for my own benefit! Mr. Roscoe, you completed my event with your culinary skills - we will be using your food catering services again in the near future. Thank you!!
A todos les encantaron los platos de comida india y mexicana preparados por el Chef Roscoe. Uncle Lu's BBQ aprobó. Todos los platos quedaron vacíos. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.
