Chef Stephanie created a memorable evening for a private dinner! Chef Stephanie and Jamie worked in beautiful syncrony to arrive at the Airbnb we were staying at and do a full take over… providing every detail from flower arrangements, table setup, to the beautiful 4 course meal (salad, soup, main, dessert). Chef went above and beyond to accommodate numerous food allergies and preferences within our group (celiac, soy, walnuts, pescatarian) providing 3 different options for the main course alone. We appreciated the attention to detail, and communication that was laid out well before the event so that there were no surprises. The custom menus were a nice touch too! We would definitely love the excuse to work with her again!
Such a fun experience to cook with Chef Stephanie! After picking several dishes from her amazing menu, we conquered them all and more during my class time! Chef Stephanie was very well prepared and answered all of my questions! She creates a fun, engaging cooking environment full of learning.
After a recent hospitalization, I was unable to prepare my own food. A friend gave me a wonderful gift: freshly prepared meals delivered to my home by Chef-Stephanie. Not only is her food delicious, but for me this proved to be a real lifesaver. If this situation ever arises again, or if I ever need food or catering services for a special event, I would not hesitate to recommend her. I also love that many of her grilled meats are prepared on a barbecue, so they have that delicious outdoor flavor.
I recently held a surprise birthday party for my wife. I wanted it catered so I checked out a number of catering firms and was most impressed with Chef Stephanie. Her communications were clear and timely. She answered all my questions and made some great suggestions for my event. Her delivery to my house was right on time and very efficiently set up. The best part was the quality of the food and all of the 20 guests raved about how good everything was. I highly recommend Chef Stephanie to anyone who is planning a catered event!
