We had a window leak after the snow melt, and I suspected an ice dam. When I called Chicago Prestige Roofing, Nick was out the next day to investigate what was going on. He very clearly laid out the problem and gave a few options for fixing it. One week later, Eric and his crew installed a new gutter system. They were fast, efficient, and fairly priced. I will be calling them again for any future roofing needs.

Really positive experience with Eric and his crew. They were organized, communicative, on time and transparent with all of their work. They offered a fair price and even did a little extra work on our roof because they saw the work was needed (despite it not being included in our original quote). We plan to use them as OUR roofers moving forward. Can’t recommend enough!
Eric offered to stop by today on his route instead of next week, which was when I had originally scheduled, and it honestly gave me real peace of mind. His inspection was quick, thoughtful, and straightforward-no jargon, no pressure. He made sure l understood the condition of my roof, the steps to protect and restore it, and how his team could help. I appreciated that he welcomed me to follow along and be included in the process, and I was really impressed with his use of a drone for the inspection.
