Excellent service and wine! When there is nice weather we love sitting out on the patio and listening to the live music. The bistro is excellent for lunch. The pineapple upside-down wine slushie was very good. I love that you can buy the wine slushie mixes in the gift shop. The atmosphere is top notch and so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our visit there. Very informational tour of the Beautiful vineyards with Win. We really enjoyed him. The Bistro food was delicious. Never take the Brussel sprouts away. Your prices were reasonable. The buildings were stunning. The staff was very accommodating. The only thing that would have made our trip better was seeing Richard. Carolyn at the front register selling the slushie was so friendly I felt like I knew her for a long time. The lady in the gift shop which I did not get her name was very friendly as well and very helpful. Be very much enjoyed our trip. Thank you love the Whitley. Mark Rhonda and Benji Benji

People visit ambience like this not just to experience food but also the serenity of scenery. Our visit was scheduled. It was easy to do it in their website. When we arrived, the hostess were all friendly and they made sure everybody was seated including children, in a courteous and pleasant manner. The Sangiovese was among the best wines I had. The experience was affordable and my guests kept telling me they love the experience because it was spacious with positive vibes, everybody was delighted.

We had an amazing experience at Childress Winery, especially during the holidays. Win led our winery tour and was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and fun. He explained the winemaking process in a way that was easy to follow and really engaging. Our Luxe tasting with Rhonda was just as memorable. She did a great job teaching us how to properly taste wine and understand pairings without making it feel intimidating. Rhonda was warm, informative, and made the entire tasting feel festive and special. Both Win and Rhonda truly elevated our visit. Definitely a must do when visiting North Carolina!

We visited for wine tasting. Our hostess, Erin was absolutely amazing and as smart as Einstein! We learned so much from her about wine and pairing. She was kind and knowledgeable. Also the wine was really good with quite a variety to choose from. The scenery was picturesque. Be prepared to take pics. We’ll definitely be visiting Childress again.
