Dr K and his whole staff is attentive, professional, but not stuffy. There are very welcoming, fun and still get the job done. Dr K took time with me, talked through every adjustment, every maneuver.

I cannot say enough great things about everyone at Chiropractic 419! My husband began going and after we had our son, I brought him in to get checked out due to gas/nursing issues at about 2 months old and also for myself after pregnancy/postpartum. Dr. Koepfler is phenomenal, very personable and takes the time to talk and help you understand whats going on internally. Both Ashley and Charissa are amazing, super friendly and they help out with my son while I'm getting adjusted and run through the exercises with Mason. Speaking of Mason, he's alright too I guess 🙄 Joking! Mason is also awesome, working through exercises and explaining how each helps the health of your spine and overall wellbeing, all while keeping you laughing with his constant jokes and stories. We've been to several chiropractors over the years, never one like this that doesn't just give you an adjustment and send you on your way til next time. Everyone is knowledgeable and goes over your weak points and a game plan on how to fix, strengthen and maintain your health. Their visits include rehab exercises to continue on the healing. Like I said, couldn't say enough good things about them, and couldn't recommend the office enough! Pictured is my son getting his adjustment, as you can see he enjoys coming and seeing his friends as well!

The first time I saw Dr K involved my sciatic nerve in my left leg. Amazing how much it was possible for me to not have a sharp pain down my left! All because of the way Dr K manipulated my left hip. In the 6 weeks I've been seeing Dr. K I've gone from relying on the elevator to go up or down one flight of stairs due to pain and concern of my knee going out from under me to being confident I can make it up or down without significant issue. Not 100% healed, but well on my way. Mason makes the recovery/strengthening part of the session entertaining with his conversational personality. The only regret I have is not trying churopractic care sooner. I'm moving better and feeling better for sure!

I would not recommend this place. My husband went for chiropractor. He had to due care credit because it was all not covered. They then advised you need physical therapy also. They billed the insurance company for the chiropractor. It they would not bill insurance for physical therapy. They advised it’s a different kind of physical therapy and insurance does not cover it. I am not sure how it was different. So my husband advised them he was not coming back and to credit his care credit. We continue paying on the care credit. They had not credited the account. Then I called them requesting to have the account credited. They advised they did. We called care credit. They have advised they have not received anything. I called them back advising them I was going to put in a dispute with them. The next day our account was credited. They were very rude during this process. I would not recommend anyone going to this office for chiropractic care.
