Their statement was misleading because I later learned from Mr. Roman that the range could be installed using the existing conduit. An employee of the building had suggested I call Mr. Roman and provided me with his phone number. I was only in town for the day. I first spoke with him at 10:49 AM and sent photos via text message. Mr. Roman arrived at 12:39 PM. Now that is prompt service! Mr. Roman had a most pleasant personality and energy. It was a pleasure speaking with him and doing business with him.
