This carpet cleaning company in San Diego has really come through for me more than once. The first time, our new couch was in trouble after our dog had her puppies right on it. I wasn’t sure it could be saved, but after a quick call, Nathan from the team showed up and did an amazing job. He cleaned the couch so well that you’d never know anything happened—no stains or odors at all, and we still use that couch today. More recently, we had a minor septic issue that affected a small section of our carpet. I called the company again, and they responded quickly. Nathan was very helpful, sharing advice about possible health concerns, working with insurance, and explaining all the cleaning options available. We went with what made the most sense, and thanks to their expertise, our home feels clean and safe. On top of that, they’ve been cleaning our carpets for years, always leaving them fresh and spotless. I really appreciate their reliable and friendly service.
We recently had Nathan and his team come out to our home in San Diego to clean our carpets, area rugs, tile floors, and some upholstery before family came to visit. They did a fantastic job making everything look and smell fresh. This was our first time having the tile floors cleaned, and they came out beautifully—so clean and bright! Nathan and his crew are always friendly, hardworking, and dedicated to doing a great job. They were very helpful, even offering to move furniture, and made sure to work around our schedule. We've used their carpet cleaning services twice now and each time has been a great experience. The carpets and furniture dried quickly, so there was no hassle or waiting around. I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly products, which is important since we have pets and kids at home. We are very happy with their service and will definitely call them again in the future!
I recently moved into a new apartment in San Diego, where the carpet cleaning team handles the cleaning for all the units. They did an excellent job making sure the carpets were spotless and fresh. Jaime personally lifted the carpet, cleaned both the carpet and the padding underneath, and treated everything for odor. Now my home smells clean and feels brand new. Choice San Diego Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. The carpet in one of our rooms had been wet before and started to smell musty, but after Nathan came out, the odor was gone and almost all the old stains were removed. He recommended having the carpet cleaned again in a few months and even gave us a free voucher for a future cleaning. Nathan also shared helpful tips for removing musty smells in another room, even though it doesn’t have carpet. I’m very happy with their service and will definitely use them again. I’ll be telling my friends and family about the great job they did!
We have used Choice San Diego Carpet Cleaning several times now, and they always go above and beyond, even fitting us in for next-day emergency carpet cleaning when we needed it. Out of all the carpet cleaning companies we've tried in many different homes, they are easily the best! Last time, Jaime came out to help with our carpets. He was right on time, super knowledgeable, and really knew how to handle tough stains and odors. With pets and kids in the house, our carpets have definitely seen better days, but after the cleaning, they looked and smelled fresh and clean—without any strong chemical smells. It really made a difference in the whole house. Jaime even remembered us and our pets from the last visit, which shows how much they care about their customers. He handled our carpets like a pro, even with five animals at home, and the results were amazing. The other technician with him, Nathan, was just as friendly, professional, and helpful. We had to take the dogs out while they worked, but both of them made sure everything was spotless before we came back. We’re so happy with the service and wouldn’t think of using anyone else for carpet cleaning. Highly recommend if you want your carpets looking and smelling their best!
