Chris and Stephanie did an exceptional job helping us to sell our house. They were put in an unusually difficult situation in trying to deal with the sale of a house centered around an unfinished divorce and other rather difficult circumstances; this was not your average normal sale. Both of them conducted themselves with grace and cool and calm professionalism and kept their eyes on the finish line. Their whole entire team moved quickly and effectively to get the house looking presentable and ready for market. Chris also did a fine job negotiating to get us the best price for the home.
