This was such a good experience! Long story short, my engagement ring broke and after finding it in pieces hours later, I was so sad and scared I couldn’t wear it again! But Christopher Fine Diamonds took one look and knew they could fix it! It’s seriously so perfect and I’m so glad it’s on my finger again! They also appraised both my engagement and wedding ring and they were so quick and fair! Their pricing was affordable and perfect for my husband and I! The mist incredible part? They stayed open late for me to pick up my ring so I could wear it again as soon as possible! Derek helped me the entire time and he was so kind, patient, and truly showed what customer service is about! I’m so grateful and will only trust them with jewelry repair (and maybe some new pieces 😉)!
What a GREAT place to shop for your custom wedding rings, next fine watch or any other family heirloom!!! The gal I spoke with was Danielle, and she was absolutely amazing!!! Not only was she genuinely kind, she has an incredible amount of knowledge about both the jewelry and fine watch industries.... Honestly, I can't say this enough person!!! If you want to avoid all the arrogance, dishonesty and garbage that you'll receive at many of the fine jewelry & watch shops here in the valley, then I highly recommend that you check out Christopher Fine Diamonds....these are folks that you can trust. 5 out of 5 Stars!!!
Christopher fine Diamonds, is the place to get your jewelry, they offer great service. Danielle helped me and now my husband for our marriage rings, she was amazing!!They have a nice selection of beautiful diamonds. one of my best friends purchase diamond crosses for me and her, its so gorgeous! I strongly recommend this place, if you want the most finest diamonds.
I never imagined how much joy and excitement I would feel while crafting the perfect ring for my (now) fiancé. On day one of coming into the store, Derek made a preliminary sketch of my custom ring idea which exceeded what I had imagined. Chris himself worked on the ring and I think you will see from the photos how much care was put into it. My fiancé absolutely cherishes it. There were many things I appreciated about the process here, especially how Chris and Derek worked to meet my somewhat constrained budget, and how all the work is done on site, so I never had to fear the ring being lost between locations. Most of all, I appreciated the people I got to meet and work with along the way. I hope whoever reads this gets to meet them as well!
By far Christopher and his team is amazing! We live in Cave Creek AZ. we make the drive BECAUSE ITS WORTH IT! Quality and service is amazing. They made my wife’s ring 13 years ago. Custom made my wedding ring in white gold with a really cool link design and channel set 5. 1/4 CT black diamonds! I didn’t want diamonds but the wife said yes you are! Then Chris brought up the black diamonds! Came out amazing! Then my wife wanted custom made skeleton keys with our initials in them for the kids and us. He cruses it. Making everything from earrings to what ever. Now we are having stuff made for our to be 16 year old daughter. If you are any where in Phoenix, Gilbert, or Scottsdale the drive to Chandler to have a wedding ring or custom jewelry made by Christopher Diamonds is well worth it! They are affordable and knowledgeable. Also they have a new privet room to design your wedding rings or jewelry on. It’s pretty cool. I can not speak highly enough about this whole team!
