Overall, the experience was decent. The service was okay, though it took quite a while for us to receive menus after we arrived. Once things got moving, our server was accommodating and friendly. The food was decent for the price, but overall it was fairly plain and nothing special.

Small family, Showed up waited 15 minutes for a server to actually come to the table. We ordered our drinks and food to get it done and over with. Waited another 12 for our drinks to come to the table. Another 13 minutes food finally started coming out. One possibly forgotten. No utensils, no k/m/r/v, no napkins, had to ask for them while our food is in front of us. Salad was brown. Asked for extra mayo, was not added. Bacon was burnt. Chicken burger was cold. Grilled cheese was half cooked. Waitress tried saying they were busy. They were not. Two tables were there before us. Then a hockey team showed up 20 minutes after we did. If you’re in a rush don’t come here or by the way it sounds another one in town is just as bad. Friends went to that one same time.

I recently visited Chucks Roadhouse, and it was a great casual dining experience. The moment I walked in, the lively atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. It has that classic roadhouse vibe — comfortable, relaxed, and perfect for a night out with family or friends.

had a great experience at The Chucks Roadhouse . The food was flavourful and fresh — especially Hot wings, the nachos, flat bread with spinach dip which were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy. Prices were reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stopped into this steakhouse for a quick bite, and it turned out to be a very typical American chain experience—everything exceeded our expectations, apart from the steak itself (ironically). The Caesar salad was a generous portion and well balanced. The calamari was definitely a standout: crispy, lightly seasoned, and perfect even without the Thai sweet chili sauce. For the steak, we ordered a ribeye medium, but it had too many tendons and ended up a bit on the dry side. We upgraded the fries to sweet potato fries, which were a pleasant surprise—some of the sweetest and crispiest we’ve ever had, especially fresh and hot. Overall, the place has a relaxing vibe, though I only wish their signature steak delivered better. And it took too long (over 10 minutes) to get our bill even though there weren’t many diners.
