I really can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’ve been going for one month officially and I’ve seen a huge change in my muscle tone. For full transparency, I came into this gym already being someone who had a good workout regiment and a long history of athletics. I was hoping to push myself to the next level and this is exactly what I needed. I didn’t expect to fall in love with boxing, and I’m even considering pursuing it further. The gym is extremely diverse and as a woman I feel very comfortable here which is important to me. Jeff is knowledgeable and has a great team of trainers who are there to help without judgement. As an added bonus they have different kinds of memberships that in my opinion are very affordable. First class is free to see if you like it too! I love this gym and I think I’m going to end up being a lifer here.
It's a great place but not for me at the moment. I have never really worked out before, so I have a severe lack of stamina and endurance. I was out in 30 minutes, and it's a 1 hour session. If I were you, I would go for the free first lesson and see how you feel. I, personally, will be working on myself some more before going there again. Also, the people are nice and non-judgemental.
I used this gym for about three years before moving out of state, and I have to say—it’s the best gym in Cincinnati. The workout classes are suitable for people of all ages and genders. I absolutely loved the community; all the members are super friendly and always willing to help. Shout out to Jeff for his great leadership and for hiring such an amazing staff! Highly recommend checking it out! First class is free!

I have gone three times now and have been very happy each time. The workouts are great, the equipment is all there and the people are very friendly. The only advice I can give a newcomer is not to be afraid to ask questions since some of the information isn't always obvious or some of the exercises may be new. On that note, the instructors have personally come up and offered advice and never feel out of touch. Will be happily attending with the unlimited membership.
