The bunker room sucked. Doors were open that were not supposed to be open when we entered the room which messed up the whole room. Also for about 30 mins the speakers in the surveillance room were on and we could hear the people in there talking and then could not hear clues. We needed to hear. Afterwards, when complaining about the room they offered us nothing. I had to go back to ask for a refund they then said they knew about the mess ups in our room and then offered us a free movie card which they were supposed to hand out that day anyways 🫤

3 of us did the escape room. I've done more than half a dozen in the past, but this is the worst I've ever been to. The clues made no sense. It was so dark I could hardly see anything. It was mostly random guesswork to even get a clue and logic didn't help. One clue talked about the beginning and the end of a word. You were supposed to use magnets to open the box but the actual spot you had to put the magnet wasn't even on the side of the box with the word. Very frustrating. I left wondering how anyone could ever get through on their own. We had to have help from the game master through most of the game. I'll never do another here again.

I loved this place the only problem is that the food took forever but overall the atmosphere is calm and there are barely any kids it's more of an adult and older kids vibe and I dig it! And they had great music it's aws9me for memories.

I would rate this 0 stars, if I could. Two locks were mismatched, meaning the lock that should've been in Place A to unlock Place B was in Place B. I hope that makes sense. We've played multiple escape rooms before and there are usually multiple things you could be working on at the same time, but here there was ONLY ONE thing you could be working on at a time, which is super frustrating if you can't figure out that one thing. The clues didn't make sense and were misleading. Things that should be "buttons" didn't feel like buttons at all. Absolute worst thing I've ever spent $40 on. And there was no "game master" where you could talk to them at the end to get the satisfaction of "how could I have figured it out without the clues?". Absolutely hated this experience. Worst escape room ever.

Parts in the room were broken, clear challenges were not working and there was no notification, first puzzle had no clue, lights were too low to see or read anything, sounds over the speakers included annoying popping sounds that sounded like the speakers might have been broken. We completed the room but it was a surprise that left our group underwhelmed without any understanding of what had happened. After completing escape rooms in many cities I've never had an experience that left me this disappointed. We will not be visiting again.
