I had a 9:30 am appointment February 28,2026. I arrived at 9:20 am. I was asked to come back at 10am. I was not happy but I left and came back as asked at 10am just to be told can you come back again in a hour. I e seen how the manager /supervisor on some of the reviews comment and tell the unsatisfied customer, " oh I'm sorry about the experience you received we will do better next time, hope you come back, etc, etc... The manager/ supervisor sat right there looking clueless to what was going on. I was the prior to this. The day before, February 27, 2026. I went as a walk in but they were busy . I was asked to come back at 2 by the manager/ supervisor. I told her the Manager/supervisor that '2' was not a good time for me. She asked if I can come @9:30 the next morning. But that 9:30 appointment turned 10 to beyond appointment never happened. And YES the MANAGER/SUPERVISOR sat there and did NOTHING. No explanation or anything.
I leave so happy with the work they do. My only issue is not feeling welcome. I don't know why but the first few times I was there it was great everyone was in a great mood. But the last 3 times I felt like I was a burden. I don't complain about anything I just go in get them done and leave. I always tip. My nails look beautiful every time. I just wish I felt more comfortable being there.

Tammy is absolutely amazing!! She is always so kind and does an awesome job. She is such a talented person and puts her heart into her work Thank you for always going above and beyond❤️ It doesn’t matter what you come in and And what you want she exceeded expectations and she does a fantastic job. Everybody in this place is completely friendly with happy faces and smiles..
I’m a regular customer here at Citi Nails. I’ve come here for roughly a year now consistently. I love their customer service and color selection. They have fast pasted workers to make the experience speedy and efficient.
I wish I could give this business zero stars and four thumbs down. The guy who did my nails was a complete and total jerk extremely rude and rough with my fingernails it hurt. The finished product was even worse. The nails are lumpy and thin and the color is horrible and the paint job is garbage, the color and the application. I want my money back. I had the thought to get up and walk out as soon as he started filing my nails because it hurt and I should have listened to my intuition .This is the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. $45 for thin ugly nails? You've got to be kidding me. I'm tired of paying for services that are garbage in this town. I will be calling as soon as this business opens and demanding my money back. This is ridiculous. Do not go to this business. Style nails is much better on Panama Lane. And worth the drive. Much much better.
