This is a nice shop but I wouldn’t recommend their Christmas trees. Over priced and ours lasted a week before it’s dry and brittle. They gave it a fresh cut when we purchased it, we got it home in 30 minutes and put it right into a stand with plenty of water. We paid close attention to the water level and never let it dry out. We have since cut it once more and it is still not absorbing any water. I think the tree must’ve been cut weeks before purchase. We will have to take it out of the house before Christmas since it’s now a 200 dollar fire hazard 🤣 Update - they made it right and replaced our tree. Thank you guys
Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a pest problem that I didn’t catch in the given 30 day window. Reached out just in case they were able to still help me out (this was my first plant purchase post partum where I struggled with my hobby so I was very sad it wasn’t healthy). Marina and Aspen went above and beyond to make things right and I’m very grateful! They even called me back when our phone call disconnected. 4 stars because of the pest issue in the first place.
Such a cute neighborhood plant and garden shop! I purchased three plants of varying kinds, all for under $100. They packed them up in plastic bags to hold in the humidity and even helped me walk them to my car. The greenhouses are very clean and have such a wide selection of options to choose from. Plus the cats roaming around add such a quaint touch to the place. I will definitely be back for more plants to add to my growing collection!
*updated w proof of pricing in photos** Is the staff nice and friendly? Sure. Other than that this place is completely overhyped. The prices for even the most basic plants is insane. Especially when the last two house plants I’ve purchased here came home with a fungus gnat infestation. Just take a look at my $75 money tree hanging on for life.. and yes $75 for a 3 ft house plant… Please try another local nursery before coming here. I personally will never be back. Waste of money.
I recently visited your store for the first time and was absolutely in awe of the beautiful plants and the incredible variety you offer. The selection is truly amazing, and I found myself delighted by the numerous different plants available. The prices were reasonable as well! However, I did feel that the staff could be a bit more helpful. A little more assistance from the team would have made my experience even better. Overall, I loved your plant store and will definitely be returning.
