I recently visited City Jewellers at Portage Place while planning to purchase a Seiko Presage watch. I had learned that City Jewellers is an authorized retailer of Seiko watches, and I only intended to gather information, not to make an immediate purchase. At the store, I met Slavi, who provided outstanding customer service. There was only one Seiko Presage watch available, and Slavi took the time to clearly explain the features of the watch, the benefits of purchasing from City Jewellers, the warranty coverage, and the additional services offered to customers. His knowledge about watches and his clear explanation of all terms and conditions made me feel confident in my decision. Because of his professionalism and helpful approach, I decided to purchase the watch on the same day. I thank Slavi for his time, expertise, and excellent service. He is a great asset to City Jewelers, and I highly recommend both him and the store to anyone looking to purchase a quality timepiece.

I have a gifted and 1 of a 100 made watch whose stem and seconds hands weren't working properly and they repaired the watch within the same day. The employees and the horologist were kind, courteous and exceeded my expectations. They had my watch fixed and running within the span of two hours. I would highly recommend City Jewellers, whether it'd be clocks, pocket watches or wrist watches (and fine jewelry) purchasing or repairing.

The engraving done on my wedding band shows a creative and polished hand. I had Slav not only add names inside but had him reference the design of an old ring on half of the outside of a new ring. He made a flat laser cut sample of the things he could do, then made a full 3 D example on a ring, before producing the final product, very professional in all steps of the process.
