I didn’t have enough time, so I only had my nails removed. The service was great. The staff was very kind and gentle, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I’ll definitely come back next time to get my nails done.
i have been to this nail salon, maybe four times before today and the other times were like okay a little rushed and messy but yeah, anyways I went in today to get the zebra print nails and first of all they came out terrible I mean literally nothing like the photo other than the French tip part but the design was terrible. it looked like a bunch of lines and scribbles so then I asked her if she could do a different design I chose a polkadot design since it was more simple. I asked for a light yellow, a dark brown, and a light purple. They gave me a dark purple. Which I didn’t say anything because I had somewhere to be, and I had already been there for an hour and a half so I just kept it and paid for these nails I paid $100 may I say I will never be coming here again unless it’s for simple French tips even then there’s better places but i will be going and asking for a refund and if they say no i’m gonna get them to take these shitty things off here what i asked for and then what i
I really wanted to love my visit this time because my first experience here was great, but this appointment was disappointing. I got a French manicure and the results were sloppy, the lines weren’t neat and several of my nails weren’t the same almond shape. I wish the quality had been consistent with my last visit. The staff was still kind, but the overall outcome just didn’t meet my expectations
I have been in twice now and both times Xuan Mai has done my nails. He does an AMAZING job. I am pretty hard on my nails and he is the only person who has done them where they actually last to need a fill in. The prices are very reasonable and their health score is 100. I really can’t speak highly enough of City Nails or Xuan Mai.
I’ve been 3 times, the first time it was a great experience got a pedicure and everything went great. The second time I went with a friend her nails were amazing I wasn’t a fan of the color the guy put on mine for French but I thought they looked good and they did great on our eyebrows! The 3rd time I went with my friend and the lady who did his nails cut every one of his cuticles past the nail bed causing him to bleed, he didn’t want me to say anything when we were there cuz he’s non confrontational but after 2 days they were hurting and one of his thumbs began to get red, puffy and inflamed on the side. The gentleman doing my pedicure was super rough with my foot after I asked his multiple times to be careful/not touch my ankle because I injured my ankle.. my finger nails came out fabulous though (guy in chair 3 did mine). When I noticed my friends thumb was red and looked inflamed I called to see if they would refund him for his manicure the lady told me no, then she told me to send pictures so she could see it for herself and I said okay. I asked if then she would refund him after she got the pictures and she said they don’t refund. I asked her if they would make it right and she said we would see.. I said so what’s the next steps I’ll send you the pictures and then what and she just kept repeating no refund. I told her okay I get that and asked how they could make it right since they don’t refund and his fingernail beds are trashed and one is inflamed and she said idk then hung up on me. I called back to ask for the owner since she claimed to be the manager and she said the owner was out of town, doesn’t have an email or a phone number then hung up on me again. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Here are a couple pictures of his nails.. not even the worst of it cuz we have the bad thumb bandaged.
